Which area Margarita Island (Caribbean, Venezuela) choose to live?

The entire population of the island of Margarita is concentrated mainly in the two largest cities - Porlamar and Pampatar, as well as the state capital city Asunsione and Juan Griego. Pampatar and northern Porlamara - the most expensive urban areas, which have the best quality construction and very good infrastructure, roads, and communication.

Many foreigners wishing to buy property here, prefer all the same places, away from the city to enjoy nature, sea and beaches. Therefore, they choose life for the coast between Playa Pompatarom and spruce Agua, where there are many houses with fantastic sea view. But even if you like city life, you can easily 20 minutes to get to the beach by car.

The eastern part of the island of Margarita virtually settled because of the very poorly developed infrastructure.

Pampatar bay
